If you don’t have the headspace or time for calls but still want personalised support, this package is for you.
Unlike the full month package, which holds space for multiple big shifts and frequent wakes, this two-week option is designed for smaller, focused changes. Well dive into short naps and night wakes and support those longer stretches, and start supporting you with making 1 or 2 bigger shifts (like changing how you are settling, moving from bedsharing or night weaning) you will likely need to still keep building on those bigger shifts after we sign off, but you will be WELL one your way and have the confidence, momentum, and reassurance to keep moving forward.

A detailed intake form and sleep analysis prior to our call
- 60 minute initial consult - this can be via zoom OR you can opt for a text message based consultation (including voice note)

Weekly 30 minute text support session with sleep diary review (one session per week, for two weeks including voice note)

Summary emails after each block so you know your exact next steps

A checkin email between our text session (so we are touching base every 2/3 days)
