Toddler Mini Course
This course is jam packed with over 2 hours of video content, split up into bite size pieces to help you navigate the toddler years. Suitable for 18 months - age 5, this course covers absolutely everything! Get to know your toddler This module helps you understand your unique toddler. We go through attachment during the first 6 years, understanding their temperament as well as their unique sensory preferences, complete with guides and quizzes! Why is sleep a struggle We uncover the main reasons why sleep is tough for your toddler and how to get the foundations in place before we make any big changes! Nap time battles This module covers EVERYTHING you need to know about naps. How to manage nap time expectations, determine your toddler's unique sleep needs, capping and dropping the nap, implementing quiet time and transitioning to a big bed! Bedtime battles Night sleep can be hard for toddlers. This module talks you through why, as well as strategies for holding bedtime boundaries, implementing bedtime routines and managing issues like bedtime stalling and regular night wakes. Settling strategies 3 connection filled and attachment based strategies to help facilitate independent sleep if that is something that you are working towards!
